Ben & Lindsey’s Summer Solstice Wedding at Deer Creek Valley Ranch

The longest day of the year couldn’t have been a more fitting backdrop for Ben and Lindsey’s beautiful summer solstice wedding at Deer Creek Valley Ranch in Bailey, Colorado. Their day was full of heartfelt moments, golden light, and the kind of mountain views that take your breath away.

The ceremony took place beneath a charming gazebo overlooking rolling hills and sweeping mountain peaks. Even as the wind danced through the meadow—showing off its own wild personality—it gave way to one of the most spectacular sunsets of the season.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and games on the lawn, mingling in the golden-hour glow. One of the highlights of the evening was the chocolate martini tower—a fun and indulgent touch that captured Ben and Lindsey’s playful spirit perfectly.

When the celebration moved into the barn, Lindsey surprised everyone with her second look of the day. For her reception dress, she reimagined her mother’s wedding gown into a modern, flowing design—a truly meaningful way to carry family history into a new chapter.

Inside, Prive Events transformed the barn with beautiful floral arrangements and thoughtful details that matched the rustic-elegant setting of Deer Creek Valley Ranch. Heartfelt toasts filled the space with laughter and a few happy tears, and when the dance floor opened, the energy was pure joy.

Rather than a traditional wedding party, Ben and Lindsey chose to keep their focus on each other, sharing a few quiet moments and photos with their closest friends before the ceremony. It was a beautiful reflection of what the entire day embodied—authentic, full of love, and uniquely their own.
